Hey guys, I've recently been working on my walk and body language to reasonable success (Got fair amount of IOIs even while collecting glasses tonight) but I feel there's a lot more I can learn. Any of you guys have things you consciously do when walking and standing around etc? I think working on movement is critical to good natural game so it'd be cool if you guys share your wisdom!

yeah man posture is important but theres no real lit on attractive posture.. is there?

I heard something about leading with your hips rather than your head when you walk.
Although if you over do it you might look like a pervy weirdo.
I also got taught in my Animation degree that you start with the hips when blocking out a walk cycle.

I guess it makes sense that if a woman is more confident and relaxed with herself then she is more likely to have vaginal orgasms. I also read somewhere that if she is about to have a vaginal orgasm then she might feel like she needs to pee when in fact she is going to ejaculate but since this is a new experience she confuses the two.
I was with a girl and she got really turned on but stop me because she thought she had to pee.

Flake 13-08-2009 01:41 PM

lol, i guess thats kinda a good experience and a bad one :P

Tom 13-08-2009 02:13 PM

It was a bad experience at the time because all the fun stopped but then when I found out about women ejaculating I was pretty chuffed I nearly got her there. So yeh good and bad!

Just to bring it back on topic I remember reading in The Animators survival kit (essential if anyone wants to learn animation) there is a part about female/gay walks.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/6229375/Drawing-Richard-Williams-The-Animators-Survival-Kit

^page 110 on scribd 104 in the actual book

A masculine walk keeps feet paths almost parallel, females tend to put their feet more one in front of the other and keep the ankles really close. This means that feminine walks don't bob up and down as much.

If anyone wants to get into Animation this is the Bible of Animation, even if you don't it's a pretty interesting book.

The way people walk is mentioned in Neil Strauss' book as well as the Mystery Method. Although having read their stuff, I still struggle to believe half the stuff they pump. But never mind that, posture and energy are 2 massive things when you walk into a pub /club / bar. Not a macho strutt like half the douchers do, where I'm from, but a confident stride, good smile, upright posture. If you go to the gym as well upright posture means your pec's are shown off to a greater extent rather than just having slouchy moob's!

Good stuff going on here, definately food for thought

This applies to many things. I do martial arts and every technique is made ten fold more powerful when using your hips. I suppose seen as that is the center of your body, if you have good control over your hip movement then you will have good control over the rest of your body - moving confidently.

If you're holding something (i.e. drink), down by the waist is generally more inviting, open and relaxed than up by the chest. Plus, if someone knocks into you, you don't get a shirt coated in sherry/bucks-fizz/[insert drink name here]

Flake 18-10-2009 01:53 PM

lol, yeah I've read that. Just to revisit this post I watched pickup101's video on body language which was quite good.

Dude what kind of fancy schmancy clubs have you been going to?! It's all about JD and coke in clubs! Or a pint of Fosters if it's past midnight and you're running out of money...don't judge me you've all been there!

In all seriousness though, I find I tend to get some decent looks from women when I stride confidently and purposely. It's all about walking deliberately and unhurriedly, with a good strong posture. Think about how you walk when you've had a really good lay the night (or morning) before.

If that doesn't help, try walking down the road with a tune in your head and concentrate on it. You'll find you walk with more confidence and the faintest trace of a smile (this is particularly good for me because I usually walk around with my head up my arse, lost in my daydreams).

Hey Guys!!

ok Im going to reccommend a product haha - really really rate it highly!

Heard about The guy Rob Brinded on David D's dating interviews, Rob has a series of exercises which "Reprograme" your body, releases tension, move more alpha, hip rotation - shoulders, stride - basically moving like a "natural" = a lack of tension! Women pick up on ANY tension in your body and link it unconsciouly to beta male status - thus giving you less attraction!

I cannont reccommend his ebook enough - whenever I have spent 20 mins on these specific exercises before going out / several times a week - I FEEL natural, I glide like Travolta - Chics open me, I FEEL in state - I move.... like a TIGER ;) I am less affected by my environment - I just feel more goddamn centred!

Rob's whole Idea is that you shouldn't have to consciously alter you body language infield - as any slip/loss of concentration and the chic picks up on incongruancy - also means you are more in your head instead of living in the moment - obviously making some effort on posture is better than none, I merely suggest that if you do it UNCONSCIOULY you act more freely :)

Give it a go - his code of the natural ebook is a few £'s

Rob Brinded, isn't he that welsh comedian that does voice overs for car adverts too?
