Habits broken
 

What were your hardest AFC habits to break and how did you break them?

Mine was saying 'excuse me' and 'sorry', excuse me was easier to break because it's at the start of the conversation, sorry can be dropped in anywhere. I usually got caught out after I'd negged and felt guilty, then I'd say 'Hey sorry only joking'. Doh!

My worst habit was ( and probably still is ) coming in with too much energy. Joking too much and smiling and laughing like a tool...I checked out David de Angelo's cocky comedy seminar and most of those guys keep a completely straight face when they neg or joke, and it gets a completely different reaction...
Also had a problem with resisting the girl when she starts to give IOI's instead of really driving up th tension, I'd give in and give her my full attention. BAD MOVE!
