I watch tons of it read the novels got to exhibitions eg im a massive anime and hentai fan!!
My faves are Hellsing,Blood trinity (loving the vampires!) 3x3 eyes,Cowbiy bebop,Basilisk,samurai X,ninja scroll,Full metal alchemist,speed grapher and obv highly famous Akira i can strongly suggest for a start.
If ur more into the adult stuff Bible black,urotsukidjo {legend of the over fiend} and alien from the darkness are good ones.
Frankly theres more out there than you could ever watch in one life time so just check out a few suggested on youtube or manga fan sites and im sure ul find some cool stuff ur into sooner or later.
ps the marvel mangas are all pretty good 2;)
