Gym Buddy Wanted

I'm a member at the Aquatics centre and I was wondering if anyone is interested in being my gym buddy. Its proven you work harder when you have someone with you and I'm trying to increase my muscle mass and physique. I think this would boost my confidence and pulling power, plus I’ve always wanted to do it so its just more self-improvement.

Exercise is just so god damn important, especially before a sarge. If you're a thinker it'll pull you out of your head. Regular city centre training is too far for me but I did personal training for years so if you want a few pointers, no problems.

I wonder what its like to sarge in a public swimming pool.

All i'm imagining is lots of splashing and hitting on the head with the inflatable floats.
As an opener you could even swim past and say "its ok, you know they sell armbands just over there hehe"

Its not pointers I need, its someone to go with so I don't feel like a twat.

You'd blend in seamless, the majority is men training solo. If that's how you feel though then you don't have to train in a gym. Gymnasts and boxers hardly use weights - the extra muscle slows em down, fatigues quickly and impacts flexibility.

Pushups, Pullups, Dips, Situps, Squats, Burpees, Running and Rope... when you get good at that buy a backpack and put weight in it.

Then crush your enemies :]

Ha ha
I read that as "Chips, Dips" and only then realised what you were actually saying.

I'm not a big fan of gyms, mostly because I dont have the time.

A few months back I found an interesting clip of a fitness regime using just your sofa at home. Since then I've been doing that along with some light jogging and a little Yoga and Its done wonders. I can say never been in better shape in my life =D
