London newbie here

am 35 year old London newbie, I do some approaching and try to be natural. Do not know alot about routines, tend to approach solo during the day in the west end as work shifts but hoping to enhance this and start going out more frequently day and night with others.

My advise: Good to come here, but try to go out more often (as you said in your post) and also try and get a wingman to give you feed back about your game.. It helps..
