I found PUA many years ago through Neil Strauss, etc. I loved the premise & I'm a big believer in self improvement. But back then I wasn't ready to commit the lifestyle.

Last few years I've looked after a family member with a serious illness, full time as a Carer 24/7. Which meant no time for dating or even myself most of the time. But that situation has changed. I'm now free of any responsibilities, I work for myself, live in the city & have my shit together.

Writing all this has a Therapeutic quality, lol.

Any active Birmingham PUAs out there?

Anyone have any recommendations for research material like YouTube channels, Books, Blogs, etc.

Plenty of stuff online, but putting it all into practice is the challenge!

I've always felt way more comfortable & had more success with day game in the past. Night Game was always my kryptonite. But I still plan to run both Day & Night game in a quest to become more rounded & versed.

I'll start a journal once I've managed to commit to a week's worth of goals.
