Social Freedom Excercises
 
Hi guys, Im a 36yr old just split with my girlfriend and looking to improve my daygame and relationship building skills..

Ive had social anxiety for many years along with regular panic attacks when in social situations and Im beginning to see a light at the end of the tunnel as I push myself through my fears! Im currently studding NLP and have been taking an improv comedy course which has helped me immensely.

What Im looking for is someone to go out into London with to practise social freedom exercises, I need to train my subconscious mind that being judged by other people does not put me in any danger and I have seen many examples where peoples lives have changed by doing this. Im also looking to get rejected on purpose so to loose my fear of rejection.

As a beginner I would like to start off with exercises such as saying hello to ppl as I pass them and moving onto paying compliments to women before starting conversations, asking for dates etc. I would also like to experiment with doing really embarrassing things in public to get me used to negative judgment.

Is anyone keen? Even if not a beginner Im sure we can work together as its more about pushing each other to do these things and I struggle to do them on my own.

I live in Brighton but would rather do this in London where there is more opportunities and less chance of colleagues/family members seeing me!

Im hoping to do this early March over weekends.
