Back after 5 years out
 

Hi guys
It has been 5 years since I last started this journey Nd now need to start all over after another relationship hit the skids.
Wasted good years on a woman who gave up when I hit a low point last year. Since then i have felt like a AFC and have let this drag me further down.
Yes, what an arse!?
So instead of hurling insults and letting this ruin me, it's to get myself back and enjoy life.
How much has the game evolved in the 5-6 years since I last transformed myself? How the hell do I make sure I never find myself here again?
Any tips, books or advice from you guys would really help. Anyone in the Edinburgh area??
