Hi my name is myles. username myz. i know i cant be the first to feel like this, i used to be ok at picking up women, problem is ive been in a relationship for 14 yrs. i went to pub a few months ago and i couldnt do shit it was like i was an old man. ive tidied myself up now and grew a trendy beard, been to gym a bit and am looking quite good i think. problem is im 39 and dont know where to start.
