Hey guys my name's James I'm 22 years old from the Lincolnshire area and I work in a stylish clothing shop.
I have no experience with women and I feel pretty terrified about approaching them, even the thought of being in a relationships scares me. But this is a massive part of life that I feel I'm missing out on.
I'm generally shy around new people unless they are a customer so I'd like to learn to be more at ease with myself and get rid of this social anxiety which is holding me back.
I'm looking forward to developing my skills and hopefully sharing some triumphs.

Cheers guys I think I'm going to like it here.
I have actually noticed a very positive change in my attitude over the past few months from reading The Game and starting The Rules of the Game. I chickened out when it got on to talking to the ladies but now I feel like my new more positive outlook puts me in a better postition to try again.
