New guy to the world of PUA's.
 

Evening boys,

I am Don Juan. I'm from Warwickshire and am just starting out as a devotee to sarging et al. I have read "The Game" and "The Mystery Method". I am currently in the stage of making notes on "The Mystery Method" and getting openers, DHV routines etc. together and trying to memorise them. Look forward to exchanging stories etc. with all you PUA's!!

Are you one of those guys that never really talks to women, or are you somone that has lots for female friends but doesnt get anywhere with them.

Don Juan, I like the name.

Take on board what Kowalski has said, what he has just told you in those few pointers will save you weeks possibly months of confusion and frustration. This stuff is 90%+ Inner game, work on that area and the rest will fall into sync.

In response to Zone, I am probably more the guy that has lots of female friends but doesn't really get anywhere.

Kowalski, thanks for the help buddy. How would you recommend working on ego, locus of control and all the other things you said?

Learning certain parts of the MM would be very helpful to you,make sure you have a very good understanding of attraction,disqualification,qualification,negs,DHV material, downloading an ebook called magic bullets would help with this.

With this understanding you could hit on your female friends without them ever noing,if thats what you wanted to do, Learn about IOI's

I agree most of this stuff is inner game, somthing i found very useful is unstoppable confidence by ross jeff, it can be downloaded free from his website.

Something i feel both men and women need to learn is Attraction isnt a choice,somthing i heard from David D.

I have had alot of fun using routines,like the cube,palm reading,indirect openers,most will respond well,be ready for the ones that dont.

The lads are right - inner game and being natural are the best way of picking up girls, but at the same time, I know it can be intimidating to just be told "have confidence and do your own thing".

I wouldn't disregard MM too quickly. It gives you good material to work with and it gets you talking to girls. In other words, it'll get that inner confidence going and may even get some results. You'll probably find, after a couple of months, that you want something more out of the game than spouting off routines. This is where natural game comes in, and it's a transition that happens all on its own.

Don't worry about it, you'll be fine.

Don't pass over MM as this a good grounding and helps you understand the development into Natural and Inner-Game which I think is awesome! Enjoy the site Brother.
