I'm Steve (33)
I'm currently unemployed due to a serious car crash 10years ago. I've got no PUA experience but I figured having almost died must make me confident as any approach anxiety can't be as scary as that. But it's not that simple! I've been left with some physical problems, I am a bit tense and my balance and co ordination is not great. I am improving but it does add to my AA!

I think I just need somebody's help to give me a little push to get started. Once I get going I'm ok.

AA is what most people first start off getting over. I still have it, I was the worst for it. It took me all my will power to get over it.

Find as many wings as you can and go out to socialise and get laid not do pick-up or get good at game

It doesn't matter what traumas you have had in the past or the impairments you might have now. You're still a valuable and unique person. Believe that and build on that. It's the right and only path to get on.
