So yeah hi, i signed up for this quite a few months ago and I havn't really been giving this PUA thing the attention it deserves so guys right now im saying New years resolution is to get out there and do this shit more often and make it happen.

Cheers guys, i met a hot Slovak girl (HB7) back in July and she has been over to visit and i have been over there and I guess she has been my back up gf. I havn't spoken to her recently and never gave her much in the way of commitment but i found out last night that she has found a bf out there. I'm not absolutely gutted but it definitely is going to give me the kick up the arse I need to get out there a bit more and progress more stuff in my life and tuning up PUA skills is what I need to do.

I'm 32 and I still don't want to settle down until i have satisfied my thirst and find a HB10 to settle down with.

I need to work on approach anxiety and fear of rejection.

Glad you've got motivated and come back Ricardo - I almost had a wobble myself last few weeks but I am back on it too and ready for my best year yet!
