I don't know about England (I'm not there, nor do I have the awesome accent) but right now is a buyer's market in the States.

As the so called cousin in this fucked up family of ours i have to say ... i love you guys , i really do , you've helped me out on my path and showed me the way when ive strayed . But living with a bunch of pua's .... screw ... that haha.
