Hey all, I'm Rich, I'm 30, I'm an RAFC and I am currently in Australia travelling. Looking to head home in 6 months or so and I will then be based near Brum.
Can't go sarging right now as I'm working in the desert for a couple of months but I will be posting FR's after that. I have discovered some stuff in the field and I got sticking points I need help with too. I am currently researching self hypnosis and I have quit smoking 3 months ago by using it, so I know its a very powerful tool. I'm looking for some short cuts to changing belief structures, behaviours and generally anything that is helpful to inner game. I have discovered NLP to be a very powerful tool in its own right but in combination with hypnosis, I am hoping to find some new avenues. So yeah i will be a KJ for 2 months or so and then I can go sarging again. But in the mean time, I am doing research and if you have any questions about self hypnosis, I can try and help you with that for now! Look forward to meeting peeps and sharing ideas
