How not to be a wuss/forfeit

This weekend i have kept catching myself wussing out of opening or making lame excuses not to open
How did you guys on here stop yourselves from chickening out??or what mindset/thoughts did you implement to make yourself just go do it!!
Im thinking of setting myself some kind of forfeit that i have to do if i dont go open when i should.

i used to kick myself for DAYS!! if i never, now i dont ever approach, i just assume they are gonna be a waste of time.

i dont think any girl is worth the effort anymore!! it annoys me, i wonder if this is just coz i like my fuck buddy tho??

I think that would depend on your friends/wings taste in women. If you trust them to pick girls you'd like.

Personally I don't panic too much. If I am in the mood for approaching I'll approach, otherwise if I'm not in the mood I won't worry, what's the point in having to spend time with a stranger when you don't even want to socialize?

Yeah I think it should be someone you trust and not someone who will abuse it.

I therefore volunteer to be your wing and will take all the moneies for each one you chicken out.

Or if you dont have them pick the girls you could always say to them you're going to have to approach x number in this venus or forfeit.

Cheers guys i usually go out with a good guy who i trust and who always picks out hotties plus knows what im looking for,tbh if he picked out a minger id flat refuse!! and say ur not getting a £10er unless shes a hottie!!
So ill deffo trust him to persuade me to go out and open.
If im not with him then ill take your other suggestion on instead and open x number of hottoies or i owe you money!!
