Cheers lads!
So this is my story: I'm a student from eastern Europe, living in Manchester..and this weekend some friends of my mate came here to visit him. Among them was this really cute girl who i think fancied me because she told me a few times that I am good looking. The problem is that I have a girlfriend back home and I didn't want to cheat..so nothing actually happened between us. On the other hand..I really liked her, and now I have no idea how to make anything happen because she went back home. Oh and btw, I think I'm ending things with my girlfriend because long distance relationships suck.. Any advice is truly welcomed and needed. Thanks!

Hey chief, you got some more info, like where the cute girl is from? i.e. England, Asia, Eastern Europe? Did you talk to her much? does she have a boyfriend?
All of the above information would be useful. However as a simple piece of advice I would find said girl from your friend's facebook profile, send her a message and do a little online game. Also a post in the introduction area would be pretty good too

Sorry mate, I'm new to this forum..a post in the introduction is on its way. The girl is from Southampton, we talked but haven't had like a deep conversation and she has a boyfriend in Australia. What kind of online game are you suggesting?

hmm well it depends on how interested she is in her boyfriend. It's also easier to get with her when you are face-2-face in the moment, but when it's messaging you lose the momentum as it seems more pre-determined and wrong. I wouldn't condone making her cheat on him - how would you feel if the boot was on the other foot?
In terms of online game, send her a message ribbing her for not saying goodbye when she went, that it was nice to meet her and throw in an in joke either you and her or your group had. Then pay her a compliment specific for her, you liked her trainers, hair, glasses etc. Follow it up for a few messages then suggest about it being done again and/or meeting up. hell London is a good inbetween place to meet.

yeah, i had doubts about chatting her up on facebook for that same reason, but your suggestions are really good. I'll try it and let you know how it goes.

She's moving here next year for university, and we're probably gonna see each other until then because we have common friends. Dunno..I may just have oneitis..but I still want to give it a go..

You have a fair point, I'm probably not old enough to objectively say how I am with the girls, but from the experience that I have I can tell you that, although it has happened, it usually does not.
