Default Warmup before Sarging? - 26-09-2011, 01:23 AM

Hey, I was wondering if anyone had any tips for warming up before going out. I'm a student, and I'm either stuck in class all day, or doing homework by myself at home in front of a computer. By the time I go out, I've usually had minimal social interactions, and I just feel 'boring'.

Before going out I usually take a shower, full body stretch, relax/massage my neck&shoulders, warm up my vocals & chest, exaggerate my walk / stances before arrival, try and chat with whoever I encounter, and I also try to sing really loudly in my car to some energetic music... but it never seems like enough. Is this just something people always feel? Only thing I can think would be 'pregaming' with friends to get into a great mood (sans lots of alcohol)... but if I'm going on a date I usually cant do that. Tips?

I'm a massive fan of warm ups. The critical factor is you should eliberately put yourself out of your comfort zone. I walk backwards through crowds, shout at people about super mario, preach about jesus as loud as possible. Those are drills I do if I really dont feel in the right mode.
I also do a half hour of moving street game first. Approaching hard sets preferably but approaching constantly. All this achieves 4 critical things:

- It makes me loud. The problem with doing this in your car is that being loud isn't just physiological. Social pressure makes you queter, so you have to be loud around people.
- It makes me not give a fuck what people think. People see me do dumb shit like this all the time and it has ZERO effect on anything
-It gets me used to approaching. This starts my momentum and makes my approaches in the club easier.
-It gets me pumped physically. A general guideline is that physical motion will up your state. Motion ups your state. Stand still on a dancefloor for 2 mins, then jump around fist pumping for 2 mins and notice the difference in state.

It sounds weird but thats the point. You should be aware that you can be weird and it's FINE. It's nothing to worry about. The main rules are get out of your head, get loud as hell and get used to talking to randomers.

- Lunge! The tighter the trousers the better...
- You're making going out and talking to girls like its a mammoth gym sesh or something, you just need to get your brain in a social mode! Talk to shopkeepers, people at bus stops, just small talk crap, and maybe play the rejection game when you're first out for a bit!

You get points for getting the best rejection! make your own with your mates - 10 points for being rejected, 50 if you can get a slap and a full 100 for getting a drink tipped over you. Once you've done it a few times, you'l see that really it isnt that bad at all!

get some Modafinil and and ECA stack -- drop one of those, and stick some good tunes on-- 20 mins later you will be in GOD mode

careful though they have a habit of fluffing errections

Masterbate 5 times!! Of course not yourself this would sap your energy levels not spike them..... do it to a friend or your father or whoever, after doing that you'l be on top of the world! But refrain from doing it with animals, thats just wierd.
