um, maybe drop the specifics of numbers (it's not gonna impress her, and likely turn her off as it feels fake), or turn it into a joke on her... like, "is the boredom with your new boy toy beginning to set in yet?" and go from there.

But, honestly, I'd give it some time. She's some girl you've been messaging on the internet... you shouldn't need her response in any form, or give any slight indication that you're consciously planning on trying to get her to respond. You're not desperate in the least... right? (or at least you shouldn't be, cause you dunnofuckabouther, and shouldn't care much cause you're too important/busy with other people in your life).
