How can you tell the difference between falling in love, and having one-itis?

I concur oneitis is one sided, the girl in the equation is either uninterested but amused by the attention or bored and amused by the attention.

Well, I got laid with her, used the super P-force refl3x recommended, worked fucking wonders, but now I don't know if I would have been that good without it?!
