Blueprint/Mystery Method

Just finished watching RSD : The Blueprint....In honesty I thought it was really insightful not only in pick up but also in everyday life.... anyway 'Tyler' says to throw tactics out of the window but to me it seemed like a mixture of The Blueprint and Mystery Method would be better. To me the Blueprint seems to be key in building attraction, but how to escalate it and take it anywhere isn't really considered - he almost says be yourself and everything will sort itself out - it's a nice idea but somehow doubt whether it fully works. This is where the mystery method could kick in. Gonna try it next time i'm out... but anybody with experience of The Blueprint let me know how you found being able to close with the blueprint method...or whether you found it better to throw aspects of the mystery method in as well.

There are elements of both which can be taken and used to degrees of success. The real question is how much do you want to change your pretentious chode ways, a little bit or a lot?

I use both, both have their places. But I would ask do you need to label the PU you use?

I like to flirt and joke around - I wouldn't say however this is exclusive cocky-funny DeAngelo's stuff (i've never read his book) - I just enjoy joking and teasing. The same could be construed with Negs, I'm just joking around on something that is obviously a HBs selling point.

RSD helps you create your own approach, but every now and then I'll use an opener or routine if I'm at a loss...

You should use some principles of the mystery method and others as tools to help you get past sticking points, but your goal in the long term should be to become completely natural.

You should take a little from everything you see or read, never dismiss anything.

The key to learning is to absorb what YOU feel is useful and ignore the rest.

There are important elements in all PU material, I really feel sorry for the guy’s who say ‘Nay don’t read/watch that its crap’ these are the ones who will go through life never improving, because they refuse to accept that within anything they consider rubbish there could tiny gems of advice/info.

Sure MM is largely crap but some aspects of it are really quite good and should be utilised by the same token Tyler ‘Awesome Man’ with his blueprint could fit on one 30 minute DVD.

The best advice I can give anyone is read/watch as much PU material as possible decide what you think will benefit you and what won’t and most of all practice your knowledge in the field.

Eye me hearties, you'll need to head to the bay eye
