Rules Of The Game
 

Just starting up on PUA....came across the Rules Of The Game by Neil Strauss.

It's a 30 Day Challenge...Has anyone on here tried it?...If you have was it at all effective. I'm thinking about trying the challenge.

It's a good book but it depends what you need.

By itself its not about learning game and won't teach you much about method etc.

It works better as a tool for overcoming Approach Anxiety.

Read it and do it 1 day at a time whilst absorbing the information this forum abundantly gives!

I think it's a great book. Some of the challenges I was like 'WTF' but you'll feel great and out of the box after doing them.

Definitely recommend you do it with an mate though, who is equally as serious with completing it.

Oh yea, and have fun with it!
