So you've done cold approach pick up for sometime now
What benefits or drawbacks do you actually see now in yourself?
(in regards of women, work, lifestyle, social circle etc.)

Whatever problems are solved are immediately replaced by new ones. You won't feel you've progressed at all because there's still so many things you want to do and have.

No matter how many cold approaches, kcloses or lays you have, you will still be you. Your desire will be your suffering.

If you can accept that and learn to enjoy life as something to be experienced then you may have a happier life.

True, its more about attitude than other stuff. If you work on attitude first, then the rest comes.

Well I'm only 5 months in on this journey, but it has already made a huge impact on my life.

1: (the obvious one) I'm better and more confident with women. Over the next week or so, I will be seeing 4 different women.
2: I have made a great bunch of friends in the process.
3: My confidence has sky-rocketed, resulting in,
A: greater respect from my colleagues and bosses at work.
B: the admiration of my existing friends (especially the majority who do not know about my PU exploits).
And 4: I have worked harder at keeping in shape, and looking good/dressing well etc.

For me, PU is about self improvement. So I guess if after a year, you have not managed to improve your life at all, then either you haven't been trying hard enough or you have issues that go way beyond what PU can give you.
