ye, which is perfect. u get it

but u get fat and see how much harder it is

I think women do go for the guy for stability, but the fact is do you want to be with a girl who is with you for stability while she's shagging her personal trainer behind your back?

I think you should keep yourself in good shape all the time for these reasons:

1: as stated above less likely to be essentially using you as a sugar daddy.
2: you're less likely to get mugged if you're hench
3: you feel pride in your body.
4: you'll have more energy
5: it improves your sexual pleasure
6: makes your cock look bigger
7: you can actually see your cock

Well, as a former porker and now a fitness fanatic, in the past I was very embarrassed about my weight in public and it did have a big effect on my confidence. I'd never strip off in public, even on holiday, and would always be dressed as though it were winter, fooling precisely nobody of course! Whether the judgements of girls and others are shallow or not, it does exist. In part it exists in the judgements of others, but mainly it's how you feel about yourself. Some people can be heavy and not care about it and strip off, I'm not one of those. I did some sprint work in the park the other day with my shirt off, never would have done that even a year ago. Nobody around cared but me, but it felt good not to feel ashamed.

I'm currently trying to sort out my body, my eating habits are getting better, though I have had a lot of cans of monster lately !!!

I'm trying to incorporate some sprints in the evening, just a few intervals. The gym just doesn't cut it for me right now. I'm guna go down the cardio route for now and see how I feel later on

I used to be fat too the uncomfortable feeling being naked e.t.c is still there. I was bullied about it though so I imagine that would have an effect.
DJ if you're doing cardio you could do 12 mile runs once a week. brad pit did that for his role in fight club. I lost about 2 stone in no time doing that you will lose some muscle mass though.

Most I've ever run is 3 miles on concrete, and 4 miles on a treadmill... But I'm willing to do that!! Should I step it up to 12 miles, starting lower? Or just blast it out jogging first, and up the pace each week? I don't mind losing the muscle mass I will get that back after I lose the belly

I would do it in the street cos i don't like treadmills I would say run at a pace that you can maintain where you can still talk whilst running. your body needs oxygen to metabolise fat so running flat out won't do that much good.

be prepared to ache like fuck the next day and you'll probably get chaffing. I'd say if you can get some of those tight shots the pros wear. be prepared to get a bit delirious the first time took me about 2 hours from what I remember.

If you have a local boxing club that's a good place to lose weight the training is seriously tough.

Running is ok but its free weights that really make a work out count. keep it going till your arms fail to lift anything and ur legs cant perform squats then do some sit ups and THAT will burn fat and build a decent body structure.

I remember way back when at college when i first started hammering weight training - i used to wear pretty baggy clothes to keep myself covered because i hated attention.
anyway part of my course was doing swimmng so i had to get naked!
the fitest girl on the course was suddenly all over mw when she saw my body and we ended up getting changed together in the same 1 person cubicle
ive seen further evidence of this constantly thruoghout my life as i go through periods of wanting to be invisible - so wear baggy stuff and then when i fancy showing it all and wear really tight clothes--- girls love somone in shape they really do
