girl at work what to do
 

So there is a girl I like at work and I believe she likes me too. Problem is I dont dump into her that often (although this could also be a benefit) and when I see her its often just in passing, though she is always smiley and looks really pleased to see me.

Is there any other thing I could do apart from being very direct and more or less asking her out on the spot?

I agree with PS. well if it were me I would go with 2 options:
1 - Low risk but high risk. put forward a work night out and invite everybody (works well if its a night in particular she is already free on). Low risk that you aren't putting yourself out there but high risk that she would say no.
2 - the next time you bump into her tell her that you're going for a coffee and that she should join you... be playful and tell here "there could be biscuits" ;)

Edit: that's a coffee at work or the coffee shop across the street and use the biscuits as a metaphor for escalation

personally, I couldn't be arsed with a work colleague way too much effort.

but if you're interested in her, start by kino'ing her like fuck, I'm not talking creepy shit just keep a constant flow for example, high five her at the coffee machine if you're chatting and you agree on something, lead her into the lift with your hand in the middle of her back, then release once you are in the lift. etc etc, etc


then close her as suggested above works night out, if there isn't one for a while arrange one yourself any excuse got paid, my dogs birthday whatever.

I prefer to go with "dont shit on your own doorstep" but, i did fuck my MD's daughter LOL. She fuckin told him I stayed over as well!! He always acts normal with me but NEVER talks about her to me
