Woman Trouble -

One of my friends is having woman trouble and as funny as it might sound I don’t know what to suggest. No laughing at the back.
 The basics are he’s met this girl, he really likes they’ve not kissed,(I know its funny shouldn’t really laugh he’s a mate). Apparently, she had a bad experience and is playing it safe from what I can gather well safe, hahaHe asked my advice and to be fair I’ve never been in this situation, if girl says she’s not ready for a relationship but likes me she gets deleted at the end of the call. About two weeks ago he asked my advice and I told him in short to say ‘we’re not right for each other it would never work’ he was not happy about this advice but did what I said, as predicted she came back with ‘ please this and please that, I’m not ready, I like you, please be patient’. So I’m guessing there is interest from her. Today he rings me again saying nothing has changed since she pleaded to stay in contact, my advice now would be delete the bitch, but he’s kind of dopey on her so I’m throwing it in here if anyone has any better ideas. She doesn’t go out much, so my guessing she’s not sucking cock, behind his back, to be fair to her, from what he’s described she sounds just a bit too sweet and nervous. The crux of this is he is being considerate to her feelings and its getting him nowhere, my advice revolves around manning up and telling her to strip because he’s the boyfriend now. And yes one of the worst cases of oneitis I’ve seen.  Don’t think about rejection shouldn’t even enter your head, don’t think about it, just do it, no hesitations. Talk to her. He needs to lead by example, leaving her in charge of what happens when she doesnt know her own mind is doomed to fail.
He needs to be strong with her but not pushy and lead her. If she flakes then he needs to do one

From my perspective, there are two issues which are kinda interlinked
1) she does not feel comfortable enough yet and is shy, self conscious, insecure or a combination 2) He is not escalating in a non threatening natural way (maybe because of the first problem). My simple advice would be to hang out in a non pressured environment and make a big effort on very basic Kino and building comfort in a fun way (something like cooking together at her house). Once this is established it will be a lot easier to escalate and she'll magically feel more ready to move things forward.
