My ex dilema
 

Well

I met my ex last week, we were hanging out all night having conversations about the past etc and she gave me some indication that she is still thinking about me (she contacted me btw)

she said some stuff like
"I still miss you"

slagging her now boyfriend saying he dosent compare to me

that she was a fool for leaving

stuff like that

So I went in to kiss her at the end of the night, but nothing happened. The next day I get a txt saying she had a great time. I txt her back, then text her later on ad she dosent reply for ages so I also delayed and made a basic reply.

Now im not sure how to work this, I want her, but its not like a normal set. Since we have a long past I'm not sure how to approach this.

I d say...Get out there hit on a few new girls. Get yourself some NEW options. Don't hang around or present yourself as the 'back up' option, the ex will just take you for granted.

Don't listen to any of her bitching about the current Bf...reminder her that listening to her complain about shit stopped being part of the deal when the two of you split up.

The kicker with all this kinda shit is that usually as soon as you genuinely start moving forward with one of your new options that'll be the time the ex turns up at your house at 3am in nothing but a long coat and heels promising to do anything you want as long as you just take her back...

But then again complicated dilemmas are (imo) alot more fun than heart ache. ;)

You got to really sit down with this one, and look into why it ended. Only when you have seriously analyzed the situation should you even consider getting back with her.

Yeah your right, I shouldnt be a backup guy. If she wants to talk the talk then she has to go through with her actions. Either way its been a year and a half. It ended quite bad where I fell appart and became needy, then started fucking lots of hot girls. Which is good. I told her all about my girls anyway
