Ok it's been a day..............still don't know who Duncan Butlin is.

Why do all these little fellas seem to look up to you?

kowalski --- I don’t understand that foreign language (Spanish?). Please say it again in English. Now I want the truth, mind you, or as close to it as is possible. By the way, how do you say ‘thank you’ on this site?

dan300 --- We look up to you because you have more experience than us novices. Just google my name and you’ll find quite a lot about me. Thanks for your interest.
By the way, cannot make up my mind how wise your sign-off line is. Have to think about it some more.

Phenom --- Kowalski seems to understand you, but I don’t. Would you please explain at greater length? I’d still like to know how to ‘thank you’ someone. Can anybody tell me?

No, come on sell yourself to me.

The sign off line is straightforward yet thought provoking.

Swearing in public? That will never do. I'm sorry, but I really do not understand Spanish. Nor do I understand your second comment. I do understand 'Peace', though, and very much appreciate it. Can you explain the first two? Just to humour me?

Yet again he swears … what is the world coming to? At least I am enjoying this exchange. I hope I'm not boring you?

Sorry, I made a mistake and would rather no one saw it. Please excuse me.

Swearing? In a public forum? I'll have to write to my local newspaper about it. OK Kowalski, I'll do it right now. … … Ah, now I understand the words. And it means patting yourself on the back, is that right? Saying 'Peace' to other people is a good idea too, most of the time -- but do you believe in the concept of a righteous war? Or are you optimistic that this current peace might last a long, long time?

I'd rather you didn't swear in public. Never mind, I'll survive. I do sometimes swear myself. Now kowalski, as far as your second comment -- I'm sorry but I don't understand it! Can you put it another way?
