I was wondering I moved houses and few blocks from mine there is this stunning girl with a kid and I was wondering what would be the best approach to approach her since I find her really attractive.

i did try this back in the summer.
she was mowing her front lawn, so i just pretended i was spraying my weeds and then went up to her and said "hey don't think we've met before", and then just see what happened.
turns out she was into football etc, so was quite an easy conversation. but it wasn't one i felt comfortable trying to close.
it's a bit of a tricky one though, there is a saying "don't shit on your doorstep" that is there for a reason.
