Dating coaches?
 

Hey guys,

Hope your weekend is going well.

I'm hitting a sticking point with meeting women / dating - I've read a lot about dating/seduction, and done a lot of pickup in the past, etc. but at the moment I'm just not getting the results I'd like. I feel there's probably a few basic things I need to change, but I'm struggling to figure out what they are.

I don't have great self awareness. I always learn best talking to people, getting feedback, to help me see my blind spots and get a better picture of what I need to do. Hopefully that'll help solve my current problems and also improve my self awareness.

Anyone know of any good coaches? I don't mean some guy who does bootcamps, shouts "approach" and parrots stuff from books I already know. I mean someone I can have a video call with, help me walk thru my interactions and help me figure out where I'm going wrong, maybe listen to recordings of dates, look at texts, etc.

I'm looking for someone whose dating philosophy is about being authentic, developing a connection, not gimmicky tricks for insecure guys.

I'm also wary of paying a ridiculous amount of money to someone without even knowing how good they are or if they can help.

Any suggestions? Anyone know of any good coaches who can help with the above?

EDIT: Oh, I see you're in Belfast. There used to be a "scene" around here but it fizzled out. Where are these interactions, typically? Nights out?

The interactions are Tinder dates - not my first choice but obviously has been the only show in town. I've started getting out to bars again and gotten a few numbers. Tbh I think I have the same problem in bars, it's just masked by the fact that if I talk to 30 women in a night, the stars might align for one, which papers over the cracks as it were.

My problem is, I'm failing and getting virtually no feedback. From my point of view, many of these dates seem to be going well. Good flirting/teasing, good conversation, connection, escalation, kissing, even lays. But then comes the inevitable ghosting, or the message saying there was "no spark". So clearly they're not going as well as I think. That means I have a blind spot and I need some help uncovering what it is.

Also glad to hear there's still at least one guy on the scene locally Dan. I'd be up for trying to get it up and running again!

Have you sought out other wingmen? I'd recommend finding more wingmen before resorting to a dating coach. People ultimately have differing flirting styles; coaches are no exception. Thus with some coaches it just won't resonate with you and you'll end up wasting money.

That's after of course, all the scammers and useless ones are filtered out. Lots of coaches will brag and post videos and stuff on them closing numbers and being all kumbaya and all with it, but you in likelihood wouldn't know if they dated this girl, kissed or had sex with her after the close.

A great channel on calling out potentially useless coaches is A G Hayden's YouTube videos. Sasha daygame is a good example of a coach to avoid.
