This weekend coming I hope to go out sarging again. This time how ever I want to try and get a few numbers. I have no set approaching skills. Not yet. All I have is the drawing pad. I would be grateful if other PUA members could give me advice or maybe some good canned lines I could use.

The general game will play out in this way. I will be drawing by a pub or club. If women approach me out of interest. How would I turn that interest into attraction.

I like a teaseful playful approach, crack jokes about the girl, tease her and bust on her. Watch that you don't go overboard and insult her though

Focusing on what u said about plan to draw... I can draw you if u want, but if u pull any funny faces, ill have to.kick your ass! Or say... u seem so interested, are u ready for challenge of stepping up to be in one of my drawings? So notice that both these sentences embed a challenge or cheeky warning in them. Another is, once drawing her,...woaaah! Don't fidget! Say to her nearby friend, do they call her The Fidget? Man, its not Bridget Jones its more like crazy fidget Jones.

Now drawing her, hey u have beautiful eyes. Look up from pad when saying compliments and for four or five seconds, hold your gaze confidently into her eyes

Or say you have the most amazing smile. You get the idea. Just one v confidently genuinely meant complement, is a good start.

So what's your story? Pause.... or say, what's your story, tell me about yourself... then build rapport off back of this, common interests, etc

Try what Rebus has suggested. This encapsulates what you enjoy with showing all the girls how great you are at drawing.

The guy with the green pad will be the talk of the bar amongst the ladies!

Yes I agree. I dont intend to focus on getting numbers. But I would very much like to start getting the feel on how to do it. Baby steps. If I can walk away with just one number I will count that as a win. If I dont get any. Well. There is always next time.

No - if you just have a few good conversations with girls, then that counts as a win as well.

This is all about little baby steps man. Little building blocks. Now your first challenge, I'd say, is to hold a girl's attention in a conversation that doesn't involve drawing them. Just talk to the girls, be interested in them. Don't be afraid of saying anything. Ask them questions, and then tell them stories and anecdotes about yourself.

If you have one good 10 minute conversation with a girl, then that's a great result!

If you see an opening, by all means go for a number. A simple number close would be: "Well, its been great talking to you. Here's my phone - put your number in it, lets catch up sometime".

Nowt complicated. But if you don't get that far - chill out man! It was months before I got my first number close, months more until I got round to kisses and F's.

Looks, money, confidence, humor, playfulness, vulnerability, understanding her needs, dominance, social status, some more I can't think of.

You just need to find a way of expressing these things, while you're talking to her.

Simple.

I would advise him to start exploring this area of himself. One of the main hurdles in regards to 'inner game' that I overcame was realising my strengths and weaknesses. I found it good to write these down. Then I worked on both to better myself and become more confident in who I am.

It's worth working on, it's what singles you out from everyone else. This is a good thing. Who wants to be generic... or worse pretend to be someone they're not!
