Approaching girls in mixed group at bard
 

Hi guys today I went to the bar saw some hot girls but all of them were in a group some were all girl groups and some were mixed male and female groups.

Didnt see a single girl on her own.

How the hell do i approach a girl thats with 5 people standing in a circle around her like they are guarding her?

I have noticed that mixed groups are a big problem in London bars. When I lived up in Staffordshire it was rare to see mixed groups in bars around there. I have never been able to approach women who are in a mixed group! I think you need female wings to do that.

No. Why would you need a female wing? Why would you think that?

To answer the question, it's real simple, 101 type shit. You go talk to the whole group.

You can't expect to see a lot of girls out on their own in bars. Girls generally don't feel safe going out on their own for obvious reasons. Similarly girls will feel safer around you if you talk to their friend group and a cool with them, rather than waiting until you can catch then alone.

As Stein said, open the group.

One pre-covid night out I had, I opened a group by chatting with one of them at the bar and they liked me so they introduced me to the rest of their friends. In fact I can't even remember if it was a dude or a gal that I opened. No homo.

Just grab one of the guys and say, "hey help me out man, the girl with the gold ear rings, where do I know her from? Does she work at (random employer) / go to (name of local college)? When he answers, just ask "is she with anyone?"

Then say, ok, I'll just grab my drink and I'll come and say hi in a minute.

Then he'll tell the girl that you think you know her and that you're coming over to say hi.

When you get there, speak to the whole group "so is this a works night out then? what's your plans for the night / where are you all heading next? etc

Then say to the girl anything to make a connection. "Do you have a sister called Sara?" Or whatever, and away you go!
