In which Europe country can i meet the most beautiful and nice girls?

Hi i am a white dude, 30 years old, consider to live in Europe for some months or maybe years,

My main goals are:
1. Very cheap place, so i can save money (I earn from the Internet so i don't need to find a job in Europe).
2. beautiful thin women that it's not hard to know them and to be with them. I prefer blond hair and blue eyes
who knows English, and not tall, my height is 5'7 feet.



The countries i thought about are: Poland, Georgia Tbilisi, Romania, Ukrain, Russia, Estonia, Belarus

From this countries I visited just Romania and Poland and i liked it. In Poland i really liked how the girls look.

I have heard that women in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are the most receptive to men approaching them. As those countries get very few tourists.
