What's happened in the last 10 years?

I've been married for a while now. I don't think about the game much anymore but from time to time I catch myself playing it with my wife and I wondered what's happened in the last 10 years?

The last I read about was The Blueprint. I'm sure a lot must have happened since then?

I'm not interested in the politics. I heard about the usual trash talk in the media in the last 5 years. I was expecting that. We always get that about new movements.

I'm just interested in the technology. Notable books that actually brought something new to the table or communicated it in a new way?

Over the last ten years the PUA scene seems to have shrank a hell of a lot. As shown by how quiet this forum has become. The boom years for Game were from 2005 to 2008. But the LSS forum started way back in the year 2000 as a Yahoo group. But then the PUA scene was very much underground. The good thing about the PUA scene is that it got people off their computers and out into the real world to socialise and meet women. As when it became really popular in 2005 too many people relied on meeting women online.

stonecastle You have no idea what the fuck you are talking about. This forum used to be busy because I made it busy and now it is quieter because I stopped doing that. If I was still doing that, it would still be busy.

7ng… what do you mean when you say you catch yourself playing?

Peace,

Care to give us a little history lesson on this forum?

I am sure that the PUA scene has died down a lot over the past 12 years! It is nowhere near as big as it was when I first discovered in way back in early 2007. I think that is because of the rise of dating apps like Tinder and people getting bored with pick up and going back to social circle dating. If you havent got a large social circle though and if you are no good at getting dates from Tinder then pick up is your only other option.
