I'm based in London, but I've always travelled outside of the capital when i had the occasion before the virus. I'm wondering how is the nightlife post covid outside london, is it still worth a try?

I'm actually curious about this too. In London till mid-October, and might be up for the occasional bit of going out and doing game. Was out with a few mates at a bar in Peckham the other weekend and it was decently live even late on, but not sure how things are looking in central, Shoreditch etc.

Soho it's quite busy, while the big clubs in leicester square/piccadilly circus are still closed. Anyway the question was about outside london (major and average cities).

The pubs in Old Leigh (Leigh-on-Sea) have been really busy, no social distancing off the Peterboat premises along the sea wall, they serve takeaway drinks too. The only downside, they are shutting early on a friday and sat night about 10, fuck knows why, I really dont get it. I asked why and he said. We are being considerate to the neighbours. Bullshit you wouldnt be closing early if we didnt have this Covid shit? And you would have music on, where's your consideration then?
