best environment for sarging

Hey PUAs

I need you a quick opinion on this-

I was sarging in a very loud club last weekend, I found it very difficult of holding a conversation with girls, well not just them, I meant everybody in the club. Although I applied kino and eye contacts but still felt awkward of not going through the process.

So what's the suitable enviroment to seduce woman? or what other plans that I can apply in a loud and disruptive evironment?
