When girls ask for help , what means?
 

I m new in a warehouse as picker, during the job a girl dropped with few items and all items spread on the floor, the box wasn't to heavy, and the girl is not beginner, if you see the situation is almost imposible to do that mistake.

I let her to pick all items from the floor pretending i am doing something on my scanner, without saying a word:))

I see that girl for first time we didn't talk yet because i just get there 1 minute ago and after i pick some products i go in other places. Was weird because was silcence me doing my job and she doing her job .
We had eyes contact and she was smiling( i m not from uk and i see here evrybody is smiling just to be polite:)) but her smile i think was more genuine

The questions:
the girl was thinking to test me? if yes why?
if i act like i don't care and let her to pick all items from floor whitout helping her is wrong?
