now, dont judge me on this opinion, but this is what i have learnt so far. A pivot is first off an appearance boost, a group of girls see you with a girl and you dont seem like your going to try and hit on them, as your already with a girl, why would you ? A pivot is also good for opening sets, they can big you up to the people, keep you involved in the conversation, and keep the friends distracted while you get to know the target. Hope this makes a pivot a little more clear for you.
You got a dream... You gotta protect it. People can't do somethin' themselves, they wanna tell you you can't do it. If you want somethin', go get it. Period
