Help Needed!
 

I'm gonna make an assumption here and guess that at some stage you've all been in this situation i find myself in: Gorgeous girl at work, you like her, you think she likes you (IOIs etc) but because of the awkwardness of approaching a collegue (i have to see this person all the time and if i fail i'll feel like an idiot) i have yet to do anything except for flirt like an idiot!
any tips at all guys? would be much appreciated.
