One night stand - Advice from an expert - Awkward Mornings

I've been slowly getting more confident meeting women which is great!

I had what feel like my first 'One night stand' in a long time. Ive had a few recently that felt quite natural but this had a touch of awkwardness for me the morning after

Can someone please define the correct steps for mutual limiting of awkwardness the following day!

Go for round 4 or 5 in the morning (or round 2 for the weak)
Act normal like it's one of your mates who stayed over - do your normal stuff like make your tea, throw the radio on and chit chat
Offer them breakfast and a shower
Set a boundary for them to leave "I have shit to get on with at 10am so I'm gonna have to kick you out then"
