Hiya fellas,

I'm not sure if there has been a post like this in my absence but I'll assume there hasn't been.

It's recently occured to me that there aren't many places outside I know when I'm not at Uni to meet girls other than nights-out. I think either there is a serious girl-draught in Somerset or some secret places I don't know about...

What places do you guys find are best for meeting girls beyond the obvious(clubs etc.) and what sort of girls flock around which place(ONS, or relationship material etc.)

My personal contribution is University Societies/Sports clubs. I took up kickboxing last year to be pleasantly suprised at the amount of women there were(though sadly I sucked too bad to look very cool in front of them :D). Naturally I've taken up tennis this summer to prepare for my next year.

Clothes stores, book stores, coffee shops/cafes, for activities you picked right with Tennis I'd say, other than that Riding, dancing, squash, badminton, spinning etc have high girl to guy ratios.

Shopping centres are great for practicing your day game :)

Shops and cafes have plenty, plus you need not join any clubs to meet them.

Kowalski; I'd taken it up before I thought about its potential since there is nothing else to do in the town I live in and I found I actually really enjoy it.

The problem here, is that there isn't a shopping center, or even clothes shops really for about 20 miles each way and I'm too much of a student bum to drive.

Supermarket may be worth a try...

gay bars are a fuckin winner... you find that the general BOY HUNTS GIRL atmosphere is diminished... i have pulled so AMAZING girls in gay bars.. my ex being one of them and she was outrageously hot

Supermarkets are as good a shop as anywhere. If anything you have more scope to chat about stuff you know about what food she's cooking, and if she's inviting you round tonight to eat :hihi:
