approach anxiety (AA)
 

I have just joined this forum so hi.... I suffer massively from AA (i think most guys do ??) and especially a huge fear of rejection. I want to overcome this, so if any of you have some simple tips to help me, please share. Thanks in advance.

go out with someone who can talk you into approaching.
