I think this guy did a really good job with attraction/inner game but fucked up at the last part (kiss close) what could he have done differently?

No fucking kiss close in public that's for the newbies. I would not stay with her for that long in one spot i would try to move her around to make the energy flowing between us.
She looks like easy going girl, i would probably invite her to my place for food tell her i can cook a good food for her and a bottle of wine. Most latino girls will melt on that invitation. And don't compliment her what's so ever and stop admitting your attraction to her. If her friends are looking for her tell them to come and join us for meal which i don't think she will do. By doing that you show you are in control and not needy.
