Ok i did search to see if i could find somthing on this, but it was just totaly random stuff that came up and didnt have no relation to what i was looking for from what i looked at....So if there is anything on this it would beapriciated ifyou just directed me to

Right, theres this gal that works behind the bar, in one of the most if not THE most busyest night club in my area. the usual story, shes 9/10, Iv had VERY brief talk with her, the first time i spoke her was litruly for couple seconds where i foundoutwhere she lived, last night i seen her working, and found out her name and opend with your from 'this place' an ye, im not sure if i looked like a stalker i dont really care, i added som very very light kino on her hands while i was talkin to her as she had them on the bar. She seem slike a really nice gal. So im kinda stuck on how i should go about progressing this. Should i do the ' hello 'to her next time i see her as if im one of her mates, how you been ect, while shes surving me, ask her if she has a break comming up, and try and get her facebook/ phone number? what you guys think?

this is a tricky one... coz girls get asked out behind the bar all the time... i suppose it would be similar to DANCEFLOOR GAME, make sure u go in with hot pivots talkin to alot of girls etc..

id also try pally pally approach with everyone behined the bar... talkin to the guys havein a laugh with them, flirtin with the girls... enter their social circle then go for it as normal

The Challenge

No wonder why the girl is ridiculously good looking, that's the reason she got the job in the first place. So instantly you are gaming a 9 or 10. The other challenge with gaming bartenders is that they see guys at their worst; usually prowling, boozing and fighting. So you will instantly be labelled as one when you attempt to hit on her over the bar. So your first words are the most important (as well as what you order).

How to Get It

Firstly don't order triple "sam bucka" for you and your mates because you're only going to get fucked and ruin your chances. If she wanted to chat to a drunken guy she has 200 others to pick from.

Pick your timing perfectly because even a second out and you could have lost the chance. Don't start chatting to her when she has 10 other people to serve, but don't lurk around at the bar lurking, waiting for her to finish.

Start discussion but avoid the conversation of her job (that's what every other guy chats about) so talk about other exciting things in her life such as hobbies, passions and holidays. But try to make her do most of the talking with these things as she is very used to lame drunk guys reeling their life off to her over the bar.

Escalation

You must be direct with this, because to be honest you're not going to have a lot of time to close the deal. She does have a job to do! Having come from a bar background I understand how annoying it is to have to listen to some girl who wont close it whilst trying to serve customers.

You should go straight for the number, but don't plan to take her on a date to town, because that's what she does for a job! You should do something fun and exciting in the day, before she goes to work. That way you put a time constraint on the date because she must go to work at some point.

Maintaining It

Don't run around tell everyone how you hit on the bartender at (x) bar because you'll only put her job in jeopardy and your reputation too. If you want to keep it going with this girl you must keep it out of work as much as possible! In any relationship you must keep business and pleasure separate!

Basicly from that, i can either go indirect via getting into her social circle, or i can just go direct.

I was thinking of going direct at first, so im just going to go with my gut...I cant really be bothereed with getting to know all the guys behind the bar, because im pritty sure, going from how they interact with each other and their body language with each other, they are just ' work pals' ...

This is what i shall do the next time i see her (yes this may be abit weird, i just want to see if im doing anything right)

me: Hey Jess, How you been?
her: good, busy blah blah....
me: respond to what ever she says, try and make a joke...then ask for 'glass of water, as i dont really like drinking that much really, im soo boring arnt i.'
*she gets me the water*
are you a party drinking gal? *facial expression to make more intense and interested*
her respons....and then, i say 'listen i know your pritty busy, but you seem genuinly like a nice gal, going from the very brief chats we'v had,and your body language and im usualy a good judge of characture, so do you have a break comming up?
her: yes or no....
if yes, i meet her and have good chat wiv kino ect, get number/ facebook
if no i get facebook, as i think she will be more willing to give this than her number as she dont really know me..maybe go for number, depending on how she responds throught out the interaction...


Has anyone got any ideas of how i could build report with her really quickly...this i think, is a thing im going to work on, fast report building, and alot of the time, girls are busy...but ye, any ideas guys, and good and bad critisisum welcome (:

u cant predict her response man... what if half way through , her friend pops in an goes HEY AINT SEEN U FOR AGGGGGEEEESSS... an she serves her... dont forget its busy, it takes 25 seconds to serve u... and her mind is pre occupied during this convo...

so either hit the social circle... ur just go Hey hows it goin..... yeah good, (CONFIDENT AS FUCK LIKE YOUR EXPECTING A YES, REALLY CHEEKY) cool u look mad busy, and i could spend the next 5 mins beatin round the bush, or i could just ask you, do you wanna do somethin with me next week!
