Got Merosexual, now I've got questions LOL
Hello all,
So I took the advice I was given when I asked questions about what to wear. I've scraped together some cash £500 to be precise, went shopping and suddently found a spanner in the works... Can anyone help with this - Trousers are going great with shoes but I think looks too formal, Jeans (black or dark grey ones) look smart casual but I can find footwear to go with them except for trainers which then looks too casual in my book. One of my buddies said get some dark grey or black jeans and invest in a pair of Timberland Boots? Any advice on where to go from here? I seem to be in suit (looking/feeling) trousers and looking too smart or jeans and trainers looking too casual... Cheers Ambitious |
Hey mate...look for some nice clothes in Fat Face..it's the only place I go shop for my clothes apart from work clothes that is...! I normally get a nice pair of jeans in there for abt £60. Its not tight (uurrgghhh) and slightly on the baggy side...! You can get nice t-shirt there or polo neck top....around £30. In terms of shoes, check in Schuh? Or Skechers..! You cant really wear trainers in most bars or clubs...! I normally go for brown leather shoes...! Less informal types..! The other thing is, use some of the £500 and get both ears pierced LOL...! Good Luck!!!

Kowalski...I stick to my style anytime anyday...!!:D

Ohhh ! That was a very subtle dig .... but i have to agree with kowalski , Legend i rekon you need to embrace a more open minded lifestyle or you'll get what you;ve always got ... Facebook Lucky Lays .
P.s I honestly dont feel that anyone should give anyone else fashion advice as we are all so different ! Find your own style and if YOU are happy and comfortable with it , do it ! |
Haha i love the fact that because you have a girl mate K your a fashion guru (hint , we all have fashionable girl mates)
Better be a joke broseph ! Im probably more comfortable with my style than most because A) i love it and B) it attracts the girls i love .... End of story |
I still believe that style is unique and it's no-one's place to say what a person should and shouldn't wear (everyone can have their opinions but should keep them to themselves). I believe it's the little quirks and things we like that make us who we are . I dont consider certain styles to look good at all while im sure others would ... I think it's the things that dont 'gel' that make me .. well me !
However this is a debate of opinions of which none are right or wrong , much like we all have different taste in women , we have different taste in clothes lol . But cheers for that K , nice to know my work is appreciated ;) |
I think the point Swype is making is if you are comfortable with what you wearing, stick with it for which I am and in no need for someone to tell me what to wear and what not to wear (style guru or no style guru)...e.g. I will never put an eye liner (Swype) or wearing a striking green jumper (Kowalski)...then again someone will never wear ear rings on both ears...! It's not a competition...!!

K , you know im not really the debating type , i leave people to think what the hell they want . I do understand your point completely but im not even debating it lol , im just saying . leave the debating to Russian , Double , Sync and Jaz and yourself ... I just wanna have fun and go out and not debate
At the end of the day i feel that each person has there own look and while there are certain looks that are considered stylish and attractive ... There is no need to look like that . As Legend pointed out ... Just wear what's comfortable (as this would make you feel happy and confident hence helping your game) regardless of what's considered stylish and 'in' . Just like Jynx dresses to get the posh , rich daddy's girl . I dress to get the more wild girls and antony dons the suit for his girls . We're all so different , that's what makes us awsome :) |

Kowalski, I dont want to debate for the sake of debating...! In addition, you are far too knowledgeable and intelligent and half of the time I cant understand your writings (not your fault, im just thick or even ignorant) to engage in a beneficial, constructive debate...but all the same, I have a lot of respect for you and your opinion and ideas! |
