Anchor Shutdown
so i was looking before on some NLP anchoring videos.. so you can create an anchor for when u start getting caught up in shit u don't want to emotionally or arguments etc
then i remembered reading that after orgasm, the part of your brain that creates regret, remorse, pain, fear, jealousy, anger, all of the shit emotions is switched off because a chemical released shuts it down for a few mins
so i thought... every time u knock one out or have sex.... when you finish if you have an anchor (anything, grab ur wrist, pressing fingers together) over time your brain would associate the emotional shut down with that anchor? that few min instant calm with your anchor...
i am going to test this over a month... but if you can anchor that switch off... that would change the game
