There isn't really any other message to take from it. If she has a boyfriend she's unavailable. Pretty poor if your trying any kind of PUA bullshit tactics to get her to leave her boyfriend or try to sleep with you.

And if your actually interested in her, it doesn't really say much if she's the type of girl to cheat on her boyfriend with you. That calls into question what kind of girl she is and effectively means there's nothing stopping her from cheating on you also.
