Tried following Manson's ideas, i.e. basically 'being myself', on a few Tinder dates recently without much success.

Not to big myself up, I'm far from perfect, but the last date was with a girl who was by all accounts lower than me in terms of status and looks - short, not particularly beautiful, not in a particularly good job, and even had bad breath.

I'm keen to get away from the whole running routines and faking malarky, but I'm pretty sure if I'd done the usual - shown disinterest, run lines, kinoed, escalated etc. I would have had more success. The whole thing did feel like a 'friend' thing.

Any thoughts?

I literally just got off a date (nearly had her in a toilet) and thought I'd put my two cents

Basically I generally go to two/three venues.
1st a busy cafe
2nd a busy bar
3rd a quiet bar

In the 1st act normal, get a bit of banter going.
2nd start banter and flirting, do some kino
3rd I just relax with them, hold em and make out

A personal note on kino: I've now come to the realisation kino isn't really for the girl to become attracted, it's more a way to say to you, yeah you can kiss her now.

Why?

There's 0 awkwardness if you start straight away!

2. There's no ambiguity. The girl knows that you are interested in her sexually and you know that she is receptive to that. When you are chatting, even if being flirty, there's ambiguity... you aren't sure if she's receptive to you physically.

3. Action trumps intent. Intent is gay, not the hallmark of a man "I intended to!", lol. Just what is it that you intend to do? Actually do that then.

4. To turn you both on.

I have a first date this evening with a lovely looking chef lady. It'll be the first time we meet.

I'm going to apply the data from this extremely complex graph throughout our evening.

Afraid there'll be neither touching or awkwardness tonight, at least not with my aforementioned girl. She just cancelled cos of some emergency hospital accident shit her mates mum had, & she's left looking after children.

Like, I hope the woman is ok & doesn't need too many stitches, but how inconsiderate of her to be so clumsy & thus ruin my motherfucking date. Bitch.

Personally I found Mark Mansons models a watered down version of RSDs the Blueprint.

Although there was some new spins put on it in terms of the concept of vunerability. But essentially to the self is always shining through model of the Blueprint.

Found the Blueprint to much more of an eye opener and ephiphany. And also changed my life in other aspects such as business and friendships. And I found my game improved dramatically after it.

So yes I would say Mark Mansons Models works. But it was more the Blueprint that did it for me and Models just extended those concepts.
