Hi Guys

Chris here from New York....am currently studying in London this year as Part of my degree with NYU. Just wanted to know what everyone was reading for University Game... I have learnt quite a lot over in the US but have noticed that people have not got much game here in London....

I have read a book which is v popular in the US and his stuff has been working v well over here. Wanted to know if there are any other uni guys so we can share tip and thoughts? How are you guys approaching? As you guys know at uni, it is all about social proof abnd reputation.

University game is no different to regular game. Be authentic, strong in your beliefs and convictions and take what you want, without any apologies for who you are.

Running different "game" around university compared to in the "real world" is lame - why should you be ashamed of being who you are just because it won't meet with the approval of others? Social proof and reputation are bullshit - crutches for those without some properly sorted inner game.

That said, university girls are definitely a different breed. I've posted all sorts of gripes I have with chicks at my uni (Bristol):

There are more, have a root around. However, my point still stands. Just because all the chicks here are uptight tories doesn't mean I run different game to "try" and get them. Fuck that. They'll like me for me, and if they don't want casual sex with me then never mind.

Also Collegeboy, a bit of friendly advice. I don't doubt that you're here with good intentions, but having read some of your posts it seems (as was picked up on by Torturedfrog) that you are trying to push material on us. We tend not to take kindly to people who (as yet) haven't contributed to the forum trying to sell us stuff, especially without posting an intro, so stop it.

Oh, and if you want a good source of inner game, RSD Blueprint is the best thing out there by a country mile.

Your standard Uni town has, what, 25,000 students in it or thereabout? That's a pretty big pool to manage a reputation in.

Yes, the circles you move in will be slightly wider. In halls, when you're one of 350 students, then you tend to see the same faces around. But how many are really in your closer social circle? Rarely more than 25.

You mention the issue of getting with a girl who is then on your course for 2 or 3 years and who you see a few times a week. How is this any different to gaming a girl from work, one you've left Uni or if you don't go to Uni?

In one sense, you're correct: in the same way that gaming older women is different, that gaming librarians is different and gaming foreign girls is different, gaming University girls is also going to have its little nuances. As K says, my guess is its actually easier than normal - these are mostly very young girls going through three years of new independence, and who are keener than many to experiment with that independence.

All game is different, and there are shades of grey everywhere. But I think to claim that Uni girls are especially different is wide of the mark.
