Texting between dates

If any of you have read my reports I've got this bird going. Something I've never liked is texting, despise the fuckers.

That being said at the moment all I do when I text is pretty boring
"Hey lets meetup next week"
"X day cool?"
etc

I'm not sure if I've mentioned in my posts I'm looking for something long term right now. I am probably over thinking it but, do I:
a) Text her random shit, pictures etc
b) Be the same "meet u here, cool, boom boom boom"
c) Wait for a couple of dates, then start throwing random texts

Would love to hear from the "Manchester gurus" on this one!

I can't be arsed texting all that much either. I like to arrange a date as soon as, but still will throw random texts to her to keep her thinking about me, prob once every few days.

Looking for something long term, that kind of applies a lot of pressure on yourself, and each situation you find yourself in. Perhaps see how it goes with each girl and make a decision on that basis.

Ok, I'll text every few days, I've made it quite clear to myself and to girls I date I'm looking for a relationship. Obviously 1 step at a time. But yes it may be alot of pressure on myself.

Do you not think this also applies a lot of pressure on the girls you say this to? I think relationships should come about more organically, so should grow from the basis of sex and dating, and then if you think things are great after a few months of hooking up, make a decision on if you want to be exclusive. That’s how my last relationship happened anyway.

100% agree, be careful stating your intentions too soon, or even stating your intentions full stop, it can definitely scare off a potential suitor. If its meant to be, then a relationship will develop, if its not meant to be, then simply enjoy the ride until you find something that is meant to be.

The last girls I've been with they expected something after a few weeks.
I basically say this is what I'm looking for, we'll take it as it comes: if it happens then cool we'll move forward if not we'll move on.

If this is the wrong way any way to fix the situation?

id usually wait for the girl to make a comment like that first. or if youve been seeing the girl for a while and was sure that she felt the same, thats just my personal opinion.

If shes not 100% there then making those kind of advances can be detrimental to the relationship.

Unless they 100% want to be in a relationship with you then the chase will be better than the catch, make her work to get you to the state where you want to be in a relationship, and when she finally does, she'll appreciate it that little bit more.
